Ummmm......I need help. I am pretty sure I will not be able to get out of bed in the morning. I went to a FIT class at the gym today and I am already hurting EVERYWHERE!!! We did things I did not know my body was capable of let alone any body. I'm headed out to Neola this weekend and I just might have to show all you Neolians a few of these moves. All you need is a medicine ball, five pound weights, a weight bar, elastics, a mat and one of those half balls (not sure what they are called). Just so you can get warmed up a bit... Get in push up position. Put both feet up on the medicine ball - careful to balance. Then set your weights upright and put the weight of your palms on top. Push up in plank position - Don't worry, that's the easy part.
Holy crud is all I can say.
