Maintain My current Weight!
With the diagnosis I got form the doc yesterday it will be a miracle if I can just MAINTAIN my weight let alone lose any more. I went in yesterday because I just wasn't getting any better and when I ear started hurting I knew I better go in. Sinus infection, Ear infection and bronchitis!!!That's all!!!!! So needless to say I can't really work out because I feel like death and so all I do is lay around and want to eat.

Not only am I sore and hungry I am TICKED!!!! I have worked my butt off this week. I have kept my calories to 1300 and I put wight on. ARE YOU SERIOUS PEOPLE. I really hope to have a killer eek this week so ya all better watch out. Thanks for Dee's score so I don't feel like a total loser.

Holy Crud!!
Ummmm......I need help. I am pretty sure I will not be able to get out of bed in the morning. I went to a FIT class at the gym today and I am already hurting EVERYWHERE!!! We did things I did not know my body was capable of let alone any body. I'm headed out to Neola this weekend and I just might have to show all you Neolians a few of these moves. All you need is a medicine ball, five pound weights, a weight bar, elastics, a mat and one of those half balls (not sure what they are called). Just so you can get warmed up a bit... Get in push up position. Put both feet up on the medicine ball - careful to balance. Then set your weights upright and put the weight of your palms on top. Push up in plank position - Don't worry, that's the easy part.

Sick
I am getting a horrible cold and can't even find enough energy to just do the things I have to do let alone get my workouts in. So far they have been pretty wimpy and barely 20 minutes. I sure hope the scale is nice to me this week.

I LOSE but it was SO worth it!!!
Last night I was faced with a decision. On a date night with friends. Indulge in a rich creamy delicious frozen custard from Nielsens OR resist. I indulged. And it was worth every bite. I'll just hand over my points now.
BTW - I did however cut my portion size to about 1/4 of what I normally would eat and really wanted to eat. That should count for something right?????

CHALLEGES
Ok. Last week seemed pretty simple and I thought - "Hey this is easy." Ya. Now we come to week two. I'm faced with the mall today (oh, how I LOVE my pretzel bites at the mall), tomorrow I have an lunch apt at Cafe Rio and I'm going out to dinner with girlfriends to celebrate a birthday. Saturday night is date night out with friends to ANOTHER restaurant. Holy crap. It's gonna be an ugly week.

NOW I'M TICKED
I worked out not only once yesterday but TWICE. In the morning for 45min and in the evening for 25 min. I kept my calories to 1000 and what did I get....... I GAINED a pound. Are you freaking kidding me??

The Pizza
Ya I think it was harder on me for sure than for you guys. I had to smell the pizza the whole drive home. Oh how I wanted to bust it open and eat every slice. It's a good thing I didn't because the scale is being very nice to me lately :) I tried a biggest loser cardio video jut now and my legs feel like they are going to fall off. NO LIE

Wii Fit

If I can make it through 7-9pm at night without having a treat it will be a miracle. I love having a huge bowl of pop corn with lots of butter after the kids go to bed. There is nothing better than a big bowl of cereal or diet coke with nachos and salsa. Oh how I wish I could just bypass these last few hours of the day.
