RULES
-Post your weight every MONDAY at the bottom of blog -Weigh yourself everyday at the same time -No extremes -Post something on the blog at least twice a wk. That may include; meal ideas, workout ideas, and trash talking!! NO CHEATING
5 pts- Drink a FULL 2 liters of water in 24hrs 5 pts- At least a 20 min cardio workout 10pts- For every 1% body weight lost MINUS 10 pts for every 1% body weight gained
